Innovation initiatives of EAL to promote the building of Zhangjiang Pilot Free Trade Zone and Zhangjiang Innovation Demonstration Zone

EAL adheres to the concept that the civil aviation is bound to serve people and to provides professional service and is seeking to bring something new in customer experience. Through improving management and operating way, refining service standards and business processes, and also strengthening front-line staff training, EAL remains committed to promoting its services to deliver a professional service experience to customers.
On March 27, 2018, Xu Jin, the Deputy General Manager of EAL, together with Bai Jiarong, the General Manager of Cargo Terminal Department (CTD), and members of free trade zone project of CTD visited Shanghai Custom Technology Innovation Center Office (hereinafter referred to as "SCTICO") and Shanghai Free Trade Zone Zhangjiang Administration. They held in-depth talks regarding innovation and supervision services of the SCTICO. 
As the first logistics enterprise subjected to the reform of mixed ownership in the national civil aviation sector, EAL took it as the social responsibility of central state-owned enterprise to support the construction of free trade zone, which at the same time provided EAL the business opportunity to emerge as an integrator of air logistics and comprehensive ground service. Since they highly fitted into each other in businesses, the two parties are confident that various support measures will be implemented as soon as possible.
